Please make note of your table and seat number. That seat will be reserved for you. Most likely the seats around you will also be reserved, so it's important that you do not change seats on your own. You can exchange your seat by the rules below, or perhaps by speaking to the host at the event itself. We will always try to make your experience at The Tudor House great, we cannot always guarantee exchanges.

Get a full refund on tickets if you change your mind within 72 hours of purchase. Call 909.336.5000.

 

Exchanges

Don't suffer from seat envy. If you see seats you prefer that are the same price or higher for your event, call 909.336.5000 to exchange the ones you have and just pay the difference, if any. One exchange per person, per event.

 

We can't refund or exchange tickets for events that are less than 7 days away.

 

Refunds for Canceled Events

We'll contact you and issue a refund automatically, including all fees.

 

Refunds for Rescheduled Events

We'll contact you with the new date and time ASAP. Can't make it? Refunds are available for shows up to 7 days away.
